In keeping with our approach to align learning interventions with business objectives, we take the necessary time to understand the current business objective and strategy, whether at a corporate or division level.
Working closely with HR and business stakeholders we scope out the technical skills and the best mix of learning interventions, including workshops, blended learning, on-the-job for post-training work. We propose alternatives and examine how these fit into a single coherent proposition, from a technical, divisional and seniority perspective.
Although our focus is on technical programmes, we believe that the best learning integrates skills with knowledge and understanding. We aspire that the final curriculum be something durable offering structure and challenge to participants and something our clients can be proud of.
We support in the various tasks around curriculum implementation. This can take a multitude of forms depending on requirements. It can, for example, be internal stakeholder management, gaining internal approvals and budgeting, sourcing trainers internally or external vendors, scheduling and operations as well as train the trainer programmes for internal trainers or running pilot programmes.
Related to this we also offer career mentoring to senior level executives.
We have extensive experience in designing Graduate Training Programmes, Entry-level programmes and in developing programmes related to implementing change initiatives.
