Bank Consulting

It is all important that banks assess risks well and advise their clients on solutions in a complete and appropriate manner. Tripod Bank Consulting is a trusted partner in assessing product/market choices, in helping identify and manage market risks and in building and implementing processes. Together with the balance sheet expertise of our team, we offer comprehensive solutions that help Banks manage their own market and liquidity risk as well as develop watertight internal processes and measurement tools.
Client projects can be designed and executed in several ways, including:

  • Based on client RFP defining deliverables, to which Tripod will respond with proposed project plan and an execution proposal;
  • Tripod initial situation assessment defining the gaps between a Bank’s current capabilities and internal business objectives and /or external regulatory requirements. From the findings in the gap analysis, Tripod will develop a proposal and project plan with the client and then execute the agreed-upon deliverables. Tripod often assists clients in formulating systems RFPs and in the systems selection process in projects, as required.
